
Table Reservations


Secure your space at the 2026 SMS!
Follow the directions below to register -
view hall layouts, select your table(s), and submit payment.
SAME AS LAST YEAR!
All loyal vendors will have the opportunity to keep their same tables as last year.
Look for the email coming out in March of 2026 after our show!
(In order to be considered a loyal vendor we require at least
5-years of consecutive show attendance as a vendor.)
To Reserve a Table:
1. Click the button below to be directed to the table reservation website.
2. Follow the prompts once at the site to enter your information, select tables/add-ons and process through to checkout.
3. Hover over a table to see reservation information. Once clicked, selected tables will be individually listed in your cart.
4. Unlike the previous reservation site, all building are viewable by simply scrolling down the page. There are buttons at the top of the floor plan page to zoom in and zoom out (look like magnifying glasses).
5. Once you have completed your selection(s), choose 'Continue to Checkout.' You will have an opportunity to add electrical hook-up, dedicated Wi-Fi, if needed, and T-Shirts.
6. Follow the steps to complete your Vendor Profile, select your table(s) and choose and add-ons before reviewing your cart and proceeding to payment. Online and offline payment options are available on the site.
