
Table Reservations
Loyal Vendors will be eligible to begin reserving tables on October 1st, 2023.

Follow the directions below to register -
view hall layouts, select your table(s), and submit payment.
As always, reservations are on a First-Come, First-Served basis, with preference given to long-time, loyal vendors. In order to be considered a loyal vendor we require at least
5-years of consecutive show attendance as a vendor.
Table Sales will start 1 Oct 2023 for our loyal Vendors and 8 Oct 2023 for everyone else.
Keep an eye out in Sept. 2023 for your email.
To Reserve a Table:​

1. Click the button below to be directed to the table reservation software.
​
2. A pop-up box will prompt you on the necessary steps to register for a booth (i.e. to reserve your table(s)).
3. Hover over a table to see reservation information. Once clicked, selected tables will be individually listed in the bar to the righthand side of your screen.

4. To toggle between halls, click the bright green "All Event Maps" button on the top right of the screen.

5. Once you have completed your selection(s), choose 'Continue to Checkout.' You will have an opportunity to add electrical hook-up, if needed.
​
6. Follow the steps to complete your Exhibitor profile before reviewing your cart and proceeding to payment. Online and offline payment options are available.
