Hello from the GAMARC-SMS!

(Perry Swap Meet)

 

Those of you attending as shoppers/swappers only, please use the map below to see where you enter the fairgrounds and where you are to park! Please use the North Gate entrance only!  Please note below that we will be selling tickets and allowing shoppers in at 8:00 a.m. on Friday!

To alleviate stress for everyone on Friday morning, If you are a shopper and not a vendor, please DO NOT get in the vendor line.  Note the above and time change below.  Thank you!

New this year.  The main entrance to the show will be through the WEST entrance of the Miller-Murphy-Howard building.  There is a large parking lot to the west of this building as well as several handicapped parking spots immediately adjacent to this entrance.  This is also the same building that the new hotel passageway leads to.  

​

Please note that the NORTH gate entrance will not be used or open for shoppers/swappers.  

 

The schedule for Friday is:

            0730 - 0800 GAMA SMS workers sell entry armbands and check in electronic ticket holders (Vendors)

            0800 – 1000 Vendor setup in all buildings

            0800 -  West doors to the Miller-Murphy-Howard building opened for public attendees (Please Note This Change)

            1800 Start prep for building closure (Perry RC Club Night Fly and BBQ starts)

            1900 Lock-down of all buildings

 

The schedule for Saturday is:

            0700 GAMA team assembles and starts opening buildings

            0730 Vendor gate is opened, and vendors allowed in for show prep.

            0800 All gates open for the public attendees.

            1700 Show is over, See You Next Year!

 

We will be having our Raffle Prize drawings again this year.  Remember to get your ticket(s).  Lots of great prizes again this year!  Winners do not need to be present.  The raffle prize table will be in the west end of the Miller-Murphy-Howard building this year.  $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00.

 

Also, we will have dedicated Wi-Fi available for all that need it or would like to use it.  If you require Wi-Fi access, please stop by the GAMA Check In table in the McGill.  Cost is $5.00 for both days to access this feature.
